- Important: Returns sent without a prior RMA number or sent to any other address may not be processed and could be refused.

Carefully repack the item in its original, undamaged packaging, including all contents. Securely seal the box. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our facility. The Blade Smithy is not liable for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
