As A Result, We Selected The American-Made 154Cm As The Blade Steel, Which Has Been A Fixture In The Steel Tables For Many Years With Its Outstanding Edge-Holding Characteristics. The Blue-Gray Handle Is Made From Fiberglass-Reinforced Plastic, Which Boasts A Maximum Of Strength At A Minimum Of Weight, While Its Textured Surface Also Offers A Solid Grip Even With Wet Or Cold Hands.
